by IPO and reverse mergers and is a specialist in

Cyrus Rapinan
Principal
Mr. Rapinan has a broad range of diverse
business experience. Most of his career has been in the
business development and management area with a major
emphasis in finding, evaluating, and nurturing start-up
and growth situations. He has served in management
capacity with a few of the largest retail concerns in
the United States and has founded a series
of ventures that led him to set up offices in Asia to
launch internationally recognized brands in the areas of
media and entertainment. In each business, he
implemented programs that significantly increased sales
and enhanced corporate image. He has completed
a certification from UC Berkeley in venture capital and
private equity financing providing him an in-depth
perspective of growing businesses through investments
and acquisitions.
